Exercise also helps us to stay safe from health hazards like high cholesterol, high blood pressures, diabetes, obesity and etc. Thus, staying fit physically helps us to stay fit mentally. If exercise and diet is followed parallely, then a person can lose up to 3/4kg per month, depending on their dedication towards maintaining their body.
